Kitchen Bitch is the story of Carol Frazzetta -- her life growing up in Brooklyn, her marriage, children, and move to Staten Island where she began her career by teaching cooking in her home. The book chronicles her desire for education, both academic and culinary, and her journey from stay-at-home mom to well-respected cooking teacher, author, and successful restaurateur. Her memoir, punctuated with many of her favorite recipes and personal photos, is a fascinating portrait of a woman whose well-lived life lead her to become one of Staten Island's top chefs.
