Bruce Manske is a self described coffee geek and frequently visits local coffee shops both near and far. Along with his wife Karen, Manske makes it a point to visit coffee shops and book stores, as they travel across the country and abroad. His love for coffee has fueled his writing, poetry, micro fiction, and freelance journalism, for decades. His writing often takes place with a fine cappuccino; thus, the title of his second book, Don't Settle for Bad Coffee. His enjoyment for good coffee, along with the ambiance and culture surrounding coffeehouses, is apparent and fascinating.
