Beyond the Dressing Table, Mary Lorine Buckman's second cookbook, focuses on joy and success. Food provides a family joy through celebrations, vacations and sweet desserts. Food gives kids and adults the nourishment they need to be successful in whatever they choose to do. Beyond the Dressing Table highlights successful stories of chefs, teachers and suppliers. It also shows how you can become successful when you make these recipes. You can provide a satisfying meal quickly so you can take your kids to a school event. You can give your kids something healthy instead of a sugary treat. At the same time, you can let them have joy by giving them a meal they will like and definitely eat. However, none of it is possible without God's help. He gave Mary the gift to cook and spread joy. Begin your culinary journey now.
